Momi Ramen

I’ve been here seven times now, and it has become my go-to spot whenever I want to slow down and decompress. I find myself ordering the pork belly ramen or the beef brisket ramen every visit, and they have been consistently excellent. Everytime I leave I feel my soul in joy. The broth is outstanding and you can really tell the care that goes into it, especially knowing it is cooked for over 72 hours. The food is consistently fantastic across the menu. The pork dumplings are excellent, and the soup pork dumplings are especially memorable. The owner is very involved and clearly passionate about the restaurant, which adds to the overall experience. There is a genuine sense of pride and attention to detail that shows in both the food and the atmosphere. If you enjoy a bit of heat, adding a teaspoon of the hot chili oil to the ramen is highly recommended. It enhances the flavor without overwhelming the broth. If you live in Brickell, this is truly a hidden gem and it simply has the best ramen.

Had a late night dinner yesterday night, probably one of the best ramens I have had here in the Miami area in a long time. The server was super friendly and the food came out delicious!! Worth every penny!

I have been wanting to try their ramen for a long time. I finally went and I was very impressed! The broth was rich but not salty, not oily. The pork belly was very flavorful! I like the fermented bamboo sprouts, adding the authenticity to it. I ordered the small portion (love they offered this option) and it was the perfect portion for me. I went there right at 12pm when they open so it was very quiet and nice! Highly recommended to anyone who loves authentic ramen!

I had a religious experience here. The food and service were phenomenal. The music at first didn’t fit the atmosphere, but the ONLY person working managed to make it all about ME. This place deserves your love and attention.

The pork belly ramen was excellent! Some of the most traditional tasting tonkotsu I’ve had, it tasted just like the ones I had in Japan. Service was fast and good. The pork soup dumplings were also delicious. I highly recommend coming here for Asian food.

Francisco gave us excellent attention and the food was upstanding. We had oxtail ramen, the freshest ingredients and the Duck was the highlight. Sake bombs and dessert. Modern and quiet. Very clean loved it. We will be back!
